Reboni
§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Reboni non Profit (hereinafter "Reboni" or "we") via the browser extension "Reboni Coupon Finder".
§ 2 Subject matter
Reboni offers a free browser extension that automatically detects available voucher codes for online shops and shows them to the user. The extension helps you find and apply discount codes when shopping online.
§ 3 Registration and user account
Using the extension requires registration with a valid email address. The user agrees:
- to provide truthful and complete information
- to keep their login details secret
- to inform us immediately if there is any suspicion that third parties have obtained the login details
§ 4 Scope of services
Reboni provides the extension free of charge. The services include:
- Automatic detection of supported online shops
- Display of available voucher codes
- Automatic application of selected codes
- Personal savings statistics
We reserve the right to extend or restrict the functions of the extension at any time.
§ 5 Availability
We strive to keep the extension available as much as possible. However, no guarantee is given for any particular availability. Maintenance work may lead to temporary restrictions.
§ 6 Obligations of the user
The user agrees:
- to use the extension only for private, lawful purposes
- not to use automated systems or bots to use the extension
- not to manipulate or reverse engineer the extension
- not to use the extension commercially or resell it
§ 7 Vouchers and discounts
The voucher codes shown come from third parties (partner shops). Reboni accepts no liability for:
- the validity of the voucher codes shown
- the amount of the advertised discounts
- whether they can be redeemed at the respective shops
Claims regarding vouchers must be addressed directly to the respective shop.
§ 8 Remuneration and commissions
Use of the extension is free of charge for the user. Reboni is funded by commissions from partner shops. These commissions arise when users make a purchase via the extension and use a voucher.
§ 9 Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our separate privacy policy, available at reboni.de/datenschutz .
§ 10 Liability
Reboni is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
This limitation of liability does not apply:
- to damage resulting from injury to life, body or health
- to claims under the Product Liability Act
- to fraudulently concealed defects
§ 11 Term and termination
The user agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Both parties may terminate the agreement at any time without notice.
Termination takes place by:
- uninstalling the extension
- deleting the user account in the extension settings
- email to kontakt@reboni.de
§ 12 Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website. Registered users will be informed of significant changes by email.
§ 13 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
